RENTAL PROCESS
Renting fine jewellery is a ground breaking and exciting new concept, and RENT YOUR ROCKS® is proud to be the first to bring the ability to the market...
We guarantee the stones and metals of all our jewellery are genuine and of fine quality. Prior to dispatch, each item is professionally inspected and cleaned, so you can feel confident it will shine with brilliance.
1: CHOOSE & RESERVE YOUR ORDER
• Browse the collections
• Select the items you're seeking (bracelet, necklace, earrings etc). For security reasons, we permit up to three items per person at any one time. See FAQ
• Enter your preferred rental dates
• Follow the sign up for membership and payment process.
Please note that a security deposit will be required for the duration of your hire period. 25% of the retail value of each piece hired, will be held on your payment card. This amount is held from the date of dispatch of your order, and returned to you on the date of return once we receive the jewellery back. You are welcome to provide us with payment details from an alternative card for this security deposit if you wish because we appreciate not everybody has capacity on just the one card!
2: YOUR JEWELLERY ARRIVES IN THE POST
• We dispatch all goods on Wednesdays, on a next day delivery to be received by you on a Thursday.
• Your package will be dispatched directly to your shipping address on the first day of your rental period, arriving the day you have pre-selected. Please ensure there is somebody to sign for the package at your chosen shipping address, otherwise it will be returned to us and the full charge will be made.
3: RETURN YOUR JEWELLERY
• After the candles have been blown out and the celebrations are over, simply pack up the jewellery in the enclosed pre-addressed packaging. Just take the package to your local Post Office and place it on the next day service. We must receive all goods back in the office by Tuesday, so you must make the return no later than Monday to ensure you don't receive any penalties for late returns. See Terms and Conditions.

• When we receive the jewellery back, professional checks will be made to ensure it's in a suitable condition.
Please note, your security holding deposit will be returned to you on the day we receive the jewellery back, assuming it is within your hire period.
